I just woke up to check the race. It’s 5:54am central time. Go Porsche.

as much as I love #17, I’m hoping that the rookies in #19 will win the race

Agree, as much as I hate to see Porsche win over Audi, they have been stellar, and the 19 car has been unreal, specially Hulkemberg.

Porsche > Audi
Petrol > Diesel :)

Lol, not in LeMans, I’m sorry but this is the first time in 10 years that a petrol car has won, also they did do a stellar job this year, so props for that, but overall, not only Audi, but team Joest is superior...
Don’t forget how many of those 16 Porsche wins are Joest wins and where they would be if not for that team...

This is just the starting point for Petrol to make a comeback (with hybrid power) seeing as both the Porsche and Audi are managing the same amount of laps between stops therefore the advantage that diesel gave has gone

It has two more cyllinders and less electrical power, so I would assume if they had the same sort of engine the advantage would go to the diesel

if it had less cylinders then surely it would lose power compared to what it’s running now and therefore be slower

Which gets compensated by being able to use more electrical power...
